A Saturday afternoon training workshop for new lectors, and experienced lectors who might want to brush up on their skills is being offered.

It is a privilege to proclaim God's Word. Anyone who has lectored once knows that proclaiming God's Word skillfully enough that it is written  on the hearts of those who hear it is a challenge.

The interative workshop will help lectors grow in their skillfulness. The workshop will occur in the basement of St. Mary's little church and will include exercises that develop communication skills, proclamation techniques, liturgical choreography and microphone instruction.
